To whom it may concern,
In march of 1996 I started having a real problem with anxiety and panic attacks, brought on I think, by my moving from Wellington to Auckland. I felt nervous all the time and started to look on something as simple as going to the supermarket with dread. I just knew that I was going to feel funny (as I called it) when I went out and started to be afraid of going out. Terified by the thought of having a nervous breakdown or developing agoraphobia, I sought the help of David Johnson.
